Confidentiality

tantoMentoring sessions with Hokai Sobol are strictly confidential within the limits of the law and the ethical framework of teacher-student relationship, as set out in the Ethical Guidelines.

No information or content of sessions and correspondence – whether personal, private, professional, or other privileged information, including what is said, written in letters, emails or messages, recorded in audio, video or other media – will be shared with any third party without your explicit permission, at any time during or after the mentoring.

Confidentiality goes both ways, and applies also to methods used by the mentoring teacher. With prior consent, you may record the sessions. However, such recordings, as well as email correspondence, cannot be shared with others, or be made public by any means, without mentor’s explicit permission and approval of the final release.

Should you have any further questions or requirements concerning confidentiality and privacy, do not hesitate to discuss.
